Kim Kardashian is under fire after sharing a photo of Melania Trump from Donald Trump‘s Presidential Inauguration on Monday.
Trump, sworn in Monday as the 47th President of the United States, was joined by Melania and their son Barron.
The 44-year-old reality star posted an image of the new First Lady, dressed elegantly in a black suit and hat, on her Instagram story, igniting widespread reactions on social media.
Although Kardashian has not publicly endorsed any candidate in the 2024 Presidential election, which saw Donald Trump defeat Kamala Harris, her actions and associations have drawn speculation.
Notably, she has ties with prominent Trump supporter Elon Musk, head of the Department of Government Efficiency, and maintains a close relationship with Ivanka Trump.
One social media user reacted to her post, stating: “Kim Kardashian posted a photo of Melania Trump? Yeah, it’s clear who she voted for.”
Others chimed in, saying: “She’s been waiting to let that out!”
Further commenters branded her post ‘disgusting.’
Kardashian has previously visited the White House, including in 2018, to discuss prison commutations, aligning her with justice reform initiatives during Trump’s first term.
Fans and critics had varied responses to her post.
Some praised Melania’s fashion, commenting: “That was a great idea. Kim has good taste for class and beauty.”
Others were more critical, remarking: “Why are people shocked a billionaire supports the right? That’s textbook.”

Despite Trump’s reelection, past tensions linger.
In November 2023, Trump used Truth Social to label Kardashian as ‘the world’s most overrated celebrity’ after reports surfaced about her efforts to rally sports stars for the White House, per Mail Online.
The report, from Jonathan Karl’s book Tired of Winning: Donald Trump and the End of the Grand Old Party, claimed Trump offered to commute prison sentences in exchange for Kardashian using her celebrity influence to bring football stars to meet him.
Although she attempted, Karl noted the players declined due to Trump’s controversial reputation.
In response, Trump called Karl a ‘failed ABC Fake News reporter’ and denied the claims, stating Kardashian would be ‘the last person I’d ask to bring football players.’
He boasted about having hosted numerous sports teams during his presidency.

A BBC News anchor shut down Kid Rock flirting and asking her out during a live interview.
She was filmed shutting him down after he referred to her as ‘sexy’ and even asked her out.
The exchange occurred during the network’s live coverage of Donald Trump’s Inauguration Day.
The American musician, a vocal supporter of the incoming president, had performed at Trump’s ‘victory rally’ the night before and joined the broadcast to discuss his plans for the day.
However, the interview took an unexpected turn when he decided to make personal remarks about the presenter.
The brief but awkward moment left viewers reacting strongly on social media.
One user on X commented: “Yikes. I cringed so hard.”
Another remarked: “I think I just watched @KidRock ask an @BBCNews reporter (that he couldn’t see) out on a date while being interviewed. All very wholesome and funny.”
Others described the exchange as ‘one of the most awkward things’ they’d seen.
Appearing via video call, Kid Rock – whose real name is Robert James Ritchie – asked Irish journalist Caitríona Perry about her plans for the day.
“What about you? What are you doing? Where you at?” he inquired.
Perry, standing on a rooftop in Washington D.C., responded professionally, explaining that she was enduring ‘very, very chilly conditions’ and would be on air for 11 to 12 hours.
“I don’t think I’ll have anywhere near as fun a day as you have planned for yourself there. That sounds like you got the better deal here indeed,” she added with a smile.
The rapper then admitted he couldn’t see Perry on the call and didn’t know what she looked like.
Maintaining her composure, Perry remarked that she was ‘ready to hit the slopes,’ dressed in full ski gear to stay warm.
Seizing the moment, Kid Rock quipped: “I love to go skiing. You sound sexy, you want to go with me?”
Without missing a beat, Perry deflected the remark, keeping the tone professional.
“Well, we won’t get into that right here. We’re doing no skiing today—we’ve got a day of broadcasting to do,” she replied before smoothly transitioning to close the interview.

Jimmy Carr is facing a backlash after making a brutal joke about adult star Bonnie Blue, who recently slept with 1,057 men in just 12 hours.
The OFs star is the talk of the internet after claiming to have broken the unofficial world record of bedding so many people in a day.
In a video after the reported stunt, she said: “This is the day after I have just done the massive, massive train of over 1,000 men.
